Our goal is to train teachers to use technology in the management and delivery of instruction. Through our training, teachers gain an understanding of technology operations and concepts to obtain the basic skills and knowledge needed to effectively implement ICT in their classrooms. Training focuses on the use of technology to enhance learning, proficiency in the use of ICT, and much more. We ensure that teachers who complete our training programs are equipped to use effective approaches in training their students.

We also use ICT to offer alternatives to traditional teacher training in subject matters. The biggest obstacle to student achievement in Sub-Saharan African countries is the lack of highly qualified teachers. In most school systems, less than 10% of classroom teachers have received adequate training in the subject matter they are supposed to teach. In collaboration with local officials, we design and deliver online and offline training modules for teachers. At the end of the training schedule, teachers receive the proper official credentials and most importantly are equipped with the critical skills to become better educators.
